Terms of Service
Aegis BioCryption is offered to verified U.S.-based organizations under a master services agreement. This page summarizes the terms; the binding contract is executed per customer.
Eligibility
Access is limited to U.S.-based organizations that complete verification and execute the required agreements (MSA, BAA, DPA).
Acceptable use
The service may be used only to exchange data the customer is authorized to share. Customers are responsible for the lawful basis of each transfer.
Billing
Usage is billed per study delivered ($1 per study including 2 GB, then $0.50/GB), metered independently and reconcilable by both parties. Billing data contains no patient identifiers.
Availability & liability
Service levels, warranties, and limitations of liability are defined in the executed master services agreement. Request the agreement.
